Amy Schumer revealed the one thing that makes her sad about getting married
After a surprise wedding on February 13th (well, it was a surprise to us at least), Amy Schumer is a married lady. The comedian tied the knot with Chris Fischer, a James Beard award-winning professional chef who she’s been romantically linked to for months. She was kind enough to share photos, and now she’s happily opening up about what married life is all about.
Schumer appeared on the podcast You Up with Nikki Glaser and noted that she’s “a wife as hell” (lol). Us Weekly reports that the two likely met through Fischer’s sister, who happens to be Schumer’s assistant.
When asked about how married life feels, Schumer said it “feels f–king good!” and described how it felt to use “husband” and “wife” for the first time.
"It's still like, a novelty," Schumer said. "Somebody went to sit next to [Chris] and he's like, ‘My wife is sitting here,' and then I got back and he was excited to tell me that he said that. I just have been really overusing it to a degree that's insane. Like, when it's completely uncalled for."

However, Schumer also revealed the one thing that makes her “sad” about married life. She said:
"This show is called 'You Up,' right? I don't ever think I'll get a text like that again," she laughed. "You know what I mean? And that made me really happy, but also really sad."
LOL. We get it, girl (and we have a feeling Schumer’s not actually all that broken up about her future dearth of booty call texts).

We’re so happy to see Amy Schumer happy — and we also can’t wait to see how she incorporates her married status into her next stand-up act.
