So, Amy Schumer definitely didn’t meet her boyfriend on Bumble

Attention: Amy Schumer is officially off the market. I repeat, Amy Schumer is officially off the market. The actress has a new boyfriend, and we couldn’t be happier for her! Meet Ben Hanisch, a tall, dark and handsome furniture maker. He’s basically Aidan from Sex and the City.

We don’t know too much about their relationship yet, but Amy and Ben make a dynamite couple. They seem really happy together. From what we’ve seen on Ben’s Instagram, he has nothing but wonderful things to say about his girl. Which is amazing, because Amy deserves all of the happiness.

Of course, Amy took a more humorous approach to announcing their relationship.

But don’t be mistaken about how the couple met. E! reported that the two met on Bumble, but the comedian insists that isn’t true. She took to Twitter yesterday to clear up any confusion. Their meet cute story is still unknown, and we’re dying for details. Hopefully Amy will spill her guts on Conan or Jimmy Fallon soon.

Bumble hilariously got in on the fun too, confirming that the couple didn’t meet through their app.

The comedian is known for her raunchy jokes about her wild single life, so it will be interesting to see if her material shifts to be more about life in a relationship. We can’t wait to hear what she has in store for us!
