Amy Schumer just spent the sweetest day with her dad and gave us all #fatherdaughtergoals

Amy Schumer might be a big, famous movie star now (and live forever in our hearts), but even with her busy schedule, she still finds time to hang out with one of the most important people in her life: her dad.

If you’ve seen Schumer’s movie, Trainwreck, you know that there’s a super sweet father-daughter story mixed in there (that will probably make you cry at some point during the movie). Some of it is based on truth, and the guy behind it all is Schumer’s dad, Gordon. He really does have multiple sclerosis, and currently lives in an assisted living facility. But here’s where fact differs from fiction, because Gordon is still very much alive, and that’s wonderful. That means that Schumer can visit with him, which and she recently did just that.

Taking along her other BFF, her sister Kim Caremele, Schumer stopped by for a day with dad. We don’t even have to say it ourselves, because Schumer knows it herself: This is not only the definition of Squad Goals, but also Father-Daughter Goals, too.

Schumer also tried to talk her dad into a new kind of haircut, which he wasn’t really going for. But now we totally see where Schumer gets her sense of humor, because her dad leaves her giggling like crazy.

This is all too cute, and we love it. Thanks for warming our hearts today, Schumer family.
