This is America’s most popular dog breed
It goes without saying that we love dogs of all kinds (almost too much!), but this is pretty interesting stuff: The American Kennel Club revealed the country’s most popular dog, and for the 26th consecutive year, the Labrador Retriever is top dog. Literally.
And we get it. They’re just so reliable, playful, and good natured. Not to mention smart! “The Labrador Retriever has a strong hold on the top spot, and doesn’t show signs of giving it up anytime soon,” said AKC vice president Gina DiNardo in a statement.
