America Ferrera just completely changed her hair – and AHHH it’s so pretty!

America Ferrera’s iconic, lush dark waves have gotten a makeover! The Superstore star posted a picture on her Instagram today of her new ‘do and it’s so freaking cute. Ferrera decided to chop her locks to chin length and lighten them up with some honey highlights and WOW we are in love.

It’s spunky, it’s fresh, it’s got attitude. We think this new style totally fits the Ferrera we love.

Ferrera posted the above selfie telling her fans that she was heading to “Make America Ferrera Again,” referring to the t-shirt she and Rebecca Minkoff designed spoofing Donald Trump’s campaign slogan “Make America Great Again.” The two are selling the shirts via Minkoff’s website and giving 20% of the proceeds to Rock The Vote in order to get younger generations involved in the election. As an avid Hillary supporter, Ferrera has been hard at work registering young voters across the country.

The “Make America Ferrera Again” slogan and t-shirts originally started between Ferrera and her Superstore costars, Lauren Ash and Nichole Bloom, as more of an inside joke, but now with Minkoff’s help, “Make America Ferrera Again” is it’s own movement.

We love how involved Ferrera is with the election and how passionate she is about getting young people to vote. Here she is at Ohio State University registering students to vote while supporting the slogan “Love Trumps Hate.” (Something we can all agree on.)

With all the work she’s been doing in support of Hillary, we’re glad she took some time to treat herself. Her hair looks crazy good and her enthusiasm for the election is truly inspiring.
