Amanda Bynes has some amazing news in her first interview in four years

We haven’t seen much of Amanda Bynes lately. A few years back, the actress was, unfortunately, struggling with some personal issues made public, but now it appears that she is doing much better. During her first interview in over four years, Bynes sat down to talk about her past, how she’s doing these days, and what she has planned for the future — including a fashion line and a return to acting! Yay!

While chatting with Hollyscoop’s Diana Madison, Amanda says, “I’m doing great, thank you. Really great.”

And what has she been up to lately?

“I’ve been going to school lately, fashion school, FIDM, and I love it. I’ve learned how to sew, I make patterns, and I want to start a clothing line in the future, so FIDM has been helping me with that. Other than that, I hike, I take spinning classes, and I feed the homeless. That’s been really interesting and fun.”

Sounds like she has been busy! We cannot wait to see her clothing line! And we’re so glad she’s giving back to the community.

What about acting?

“I do miss acting, and I actually have something surprising to tell you. I’m going to start acting again,” Amanda revealed.

She said she would prefer to do TV, though. "Maybe some guests spots on some shows that I'm a fan of and maybe another TV show where I'm the star of it."

Speaking of other co-stars, she also addressed how loved she felt by Nick Cannon when he stood by her during her more difficult era. “I really appreciate that,” she says, “He’s definitely a family member to me, too.”
