Here’s Alicia Keys performing at a Paris bar, and it’s the ultimate musical chill sesh

Unless you run in some pretty fancy circles, here’s something we spotted at Pitchfork that you probably don’t see every day: Alicia Keys performing at a Paris bar like it’s NBD. Except… it totally is. We don’t know about everyone else, but a multiple Grammy Award-winning musician is the last person we typically run into during our Parisian outings, which are quite frequent, btw (lol not really). Needless to say, we’re hella jealous of the crowd of 100 lucky fans who saw Keys live at La Blogothèque’s “Take Away Show” series, which was recorded back in May.

Following in the footsteps of artists like Grizzly Bear, Father John Misty and others who have also done intimate “Take Away” shows, Keys took the stage with perfect, makeup-free skin and proceeded to entertain her fans with tracks off her new album and it was the ultimate musical chill sesh.

Before the full concert dropped, the singer teased fans on Twitter with a preview:

The set was absolutely dreamy as Keys performed “She Don’t Really Care,” “In Common,” “Hallelujah,” “The Gospel,” as well as 2003’s “You Don’t Know My Name.”

We are catching major ~vibes~ from this concert footage, y’all. It *almost* makes up for the fact that we weren’t there to witness it in person.
