Adele and Elmo met up in Australia, and it’s the most lovable friendship ever
Are you ready for the best thing you’ve ever heard? Well, here goes: Adele recently met Elmo from Sesame Street. Elmo is one of her biggest fans, and we’ve never used the hashtag #squadgoals more seriously in our entire lives.
Adele visited Australia, where this fateful meeting took place.
Apparently, Elmo is a big fan, to the point where the lil’ red monster took to social media to campaign for his fav singer to come hang. In a video released by The Project, Elmo pleaded with Adele to come do a duet with him. How could she POSSIBLY say no to that little face on which so many of our childhoods are based?
"Elmo loves you with all of Elmo’s heart, he says in the video. “Elmo wants to sing ‘Rolling In The Deep’ with you. Wherever you are, Elmo will fly there. Call Elmo, thank you.
After watching Sesame Street and hearing Elmo say “Elmo loves you,” who could resist a personal plea?
We’re seriously jealous, and we’re not sure of who.
Luckily, Adele was on the same page. She made sure to carve out some time on her visit to hang with Elmo.

We haven’t, however, seen a video of them singing “Rolling in the Deep” together yet. So we’re hoping that the video of their duet makes it to the internet soon. Because we’re seriously all about it, and we’re sure you are too.
