9-Year-Old Sira Kane’s Got the Write Stuff

Age ain’t nothin’ but a number for 9-year-old Sira Kane. The Georgia 3rd Grader published two books before most kids her age figured out how to color inside the lines. Kane was confident in her career path as early as 1st Grade:

For many authors, finding the time to write can be a major obstacle. But Sira learned to prioritize early on and transitions into writing as soon as she finishes her homework every night. Note to self: Prioritizing pays off.

400 books! This girl is serving us up some serious knowledge. And Sira, who sometimes gets ideas for her stories through reading and watching t.v., doesn’t plan on slowing down any time soon.

Lucky for Sira, so far all it’s taken is a little time management and some serious talent. Kane’s two books, Treasuries for Girls and Adventure Stories, are available on Amazon and at Barnes & Nobles.
