20 glamorous plus-size dresses you can rock for New Year’s Eve
We are SO DONE with 2016! Almost…If New Year’s Eve means we have one dress to shop for, we are up for the challenge. It has been a rough year after all! Sometimes it can be hard finding a plus-size dress that fits us perfectly. It isn’t until recently have companies started catering to beautiful women in an extended range of sizes. Remember Regina George in Mean Girls only being able to find the perfect dress at a store called 1-3-5? They didn’t carry any sizes beyond that, a total case of art imitating life because it has been a real problem with retail.
Earlier this year, Ghostbusters star Leslie Jones took to Twitter to call out designers when she couldn’t get a plus-size dress made for the premiere. Luckily Project Runway designer Cristian Siriano came to her rescue with the perfect gown! We are here with a few options of our own to help you look fabulous as you ring in the new year!
From slinky and black to bright or pastel, throw rules out the window with these party dresses. The dresses range from $22.76 to $248 (we know, but just wait until you see it!) and can all be found online. As the year comes to an end, loads of stores and sites are having blow out sales, so make sure to use coupon codes and offers accordingly!
