This week, rather than a recipe, I’m interested in hearing what you, the Hello Giggles readers, want to see here on Eat of the Moment.
I’ve featured all sorts of recipes on Eat of the Moment so far, including breakfasts, dinners, salads, vegan food, gluten-free food, party dip, roast chicken, snacks, desserts, even food for hangovers. I generally like to keep the recipes pretty easy and cheap, no fancy ingredients or super time consuming processes. Food that’s uncomplicated and quick, but good for your body, too.
So what would you like to see on Eat of the Moment? Is there a dish you’ve just been dying to find out how to make? Are you craving more sweets? More savory dishes? More vegetarian dishes, more meals for meat eaters? Holiday-appropriate dishes? Kid-friendly food? Stuff that reheats well for lunch the next day? Healthy side dishes? Filling breakfasts?
I really want your feedback and can’t wait to read what you think. Lay it on me, Gigglers. What can me and Eat of the Moment do to help you fill your belly with delicious food?

I like all foods! no garlic though.
haha i’ll try to offer some garlic-free recipes, but remember that garlic is always optional, too! if a recipe uses it (mine or someone else’s) you can always omit it.
I agree! Real chefs know how to make amazing food without having to use garlic.
more recipes with kale
i can do that!
Filling easy breakfasts are always useful! i can never get past toast and cereal, reheatable (is that a word) food is also great. Really yummy things i can take in my pack lunch to uni that don’t need to be heated would be top of my list i think, no more boring sandwiches! thanks xx
thanks, laura. i will definitely try to focus on recipes that might have good leftover that you can reheat and take to work, school, or wherever!
Oh yes! I forgot the packed lunches! <3
I’m still mildly obsessed with that chicken and you did change my life.
I love fish and often buy it frozen in bulk at Trader Joe’s and let it sit in my freezer, hoping that I can think of some creative way to cook it. But every single time I just end up baking it with some olive oil and salt and pepper. I would love to learn more creative ways to cook my salmon and mahi mahi.
hey ramou! fish is a great idea, as i’ve really only done one fish recipe for HG. keep your eyes peeled…. (also, so glad you like the chicken!)
Oh! I really like this section and I have taken notes of some recipes to cook soonish
but now that you mention, I’d like it if you could tell us more kid-friendly food recipes, and more vegetarian recipes too. I’d like also to know how to prepare couscous, but this is just if you have the time.
And thank you for sharing the recipes with us!
thanks for the feedback, geanna!! i really appreciate your thoughts.
