It’s tragic that we’re encouraged to despise each other, and the only thing that’s going to change the fact that we do is if there are more discussions such as yours being offered– just getting the idea out there that we need to set aside that internalized misogyny and give each other a chance. If we don’t like a woman, it should be because maybe she’s been awful to us on a personal level, not simply because she’s a beautiful lady or makes personal choices we wouldn’t. So thank you for putting this kind of discussion up where it can influence young women in college like myself, and younger girls who are maybe in high school and really need these messages. Thank you so much, you talented, caring human being!
