June 29th is Waffle Iron Day! When I think of waffles, I obviously think of Leslie Knope from Parks and Rec and when she says to Ron Swanson, ”Why would anybody ever eat anything besides breakfast food?” to which Ron replies, “People are idiots, Leslie.” Which got me thinking, what’s your favorite breakfast food?
