I first fell in love with Amy Winehouse in 2006 when she released her second album, Back To Black. I was 15, seriously obsessed with R&B/Soul music, and convinced the world was devoid of any real blues singes. But Amy’s voice hit me so hard! An aspiring soul singer myself, Amy became something beyond an inspiration to me. Her success opened doors for so many fantastic artists to emerge and I am just one of millions who felt her influence on an insane level. I love her and her death is such a devastating loss to the entire music-loving world.
