Avocado’s are an amazing fruit. Considered a healthier fat, they are rich in Vitamin E, Vitamin K, B Vitamins, Potassium and Fiber. Their nutty taste and silky texture make them a delicious addition to any meal.

Start to Finish: 10 minutes
Makes: 3 cups
- 2-1/2 cups avocado, peeled and seeds removed
- 1/2 cup Vegan Sour-Cream
- 4 cloves Roasted Garlic
- 2 tbsp chives, minced
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- salt & pepper
- In a food processor, combine avocado, vegan sour-cream, garlic, chives and lime juice. Blend well.
- Season with salt & pepper to taste.
