You don’t have to go far and can get as weird as you want in the privacy of your own space. I went through a phase of Drop Dead Diva, then transitioned to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, then Charmed and currently Spiral (which actually works out nice for the treadmill since the machine is loud and this show has subtitles). None of these would be considered **favorites** of mine which is good so I can pay attention to the workout somewhat too.

  6. I’m currently watching Breaking Bad while working out. I’m trying not to allow myself to watch it unless I’m being physically active, so the hours just fly by.

  7. The best workout I EVER had while doing a lazy activity was the Harry Potter Movie Marathon Workout. It is amazing. My entire family is one big HP fan and we decided to go through this journey together.
    Each film has an excess of something, so you do a specific workout every time it came up (ex: 10 pushups every time you see a dementor in the 3rd movie)
    Mountain climbers every time someone says Voldemort or he who must not be named, jumping jacks every time a spell is cast, etc. It’s loads of fun and you don’t feel horrible for watching 8 movies in a row. DO IT!
