I love thrifting! There is something so satisfying about a great find. This dresser was much needed for my bedroom, which had gotten way too cluttered because of lack of storage. I love bright colors, but I purposefully used a more muted and serene color palette in my bedroom. The curtains are from Target, the rug is from Ikea and the bedding is from Dwell Studios…the rest is thrift store, flea market or garage sale finds! I love dreaming in here!

My dresser and side tables are thrifted, too! I bought them for 75 bucks at a yard sale, painted and distressed them to look antique-y, and voila! I like to think they turned out nicely, considering it was my first time painting furniture. It was a lot of fun! I’ll definitely do it again in the future.
