The Couch: Episode 1 with Special Guest Haylie Duff

“HelloGiggles presents The Couch” is a bi-weekly podcast hosted by Jensen Karp (Gallery1988, Hot Karl, SModcast) & HelloGiggles co-founder Sophia Rossi, two people who have never taken a class on psychology, read a book about therapeutic methods or even contemplated a career in the field. But that won’t stop them from thinking they could do the job better than any professional. With over 20 years of being therapy patients between them, Jensen and Sophia will sit down with a different guest each episode and dig deep into their issues, problems and past (without any actual knowledge in the practice, mostly making it about themselves and going on tangents that would make any perspective client run for the hills). Take a seat on the couch and let’s be honest – because if you can’t do it with two people who don’t know what they’re doing, who can you do it with?

This week, Jensen Karp and Sophia Rossi open their practice with actress/musician/blogger Haylie Duff, who makes herself comfortable on the couch to talk about online relationships, dating etiquette and what it feels like when your partner asks how you’re doing.

Completely disregard my previous comment. Sophia is above and beyond anything ever covered on Hypemen. This was amazing.

you are all awesome! jensen, would love to have a session with you your voice is so calming. Sophia, i hate eye contact too. I told my high school teacher this and then was sent to the guidance counselor, now i hate it even more. haylie, thanks for coming out and come again. Thanks guys :)

Sophia was hilarious! But I don’t blame her with strangers. I’m the same way:) and I think making eye contact is the polite way when someone is talking to you. Especially if you are at an interview. I was always taught to make eye contact. I hope Hilary Duff is one of your guests on her sometime since you had Haylie:) Haylie, I’m so on your side:) So entertaining.
