Thinking about school lunches the other day reminded me of my favorite way to pack lunch in elementary school: a lunchbox! Not only were they convenient, but they were also adorable. My older sister used to have a New Kids on the Block themed lunchbox and I was so jealous. I thought it was the coolest and extremely grown up, especially in comparison to the childish Fraggle Rock one I used to hold my lunch.
After a year or two with this one, I matured to a lunchbox of my choosing. Being a tomboy, I decided upon one with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on it. I think this was my favorite lunch box that I ever owned and it makes me wish they still made lunch boxes like that today.
