In middle school, I got really into baseball. I loved the Yankees and was obsessed with Derek Jeter. I even created my own Jeter jersey by ironing on the design since my dad was unwilling to buy me an expensive baseball jersey. I thought my love of baseball would translate into me becoming a great softball player, but being timid and small prevented that dream from coming into fruition. I was scared of the ball and the other players.
After, I was disappointed and discouraged in myself. Watching baseball just reminded me of my softball failures. But in honor of the 2012 baseball season starting, and in hopes that this will inspire me to gain interest in the sport again, I’ve decided to gather up some of the hottest baseball players for your viewing pleasure.
Are you guys baseball fans? Who are your favorite players?

The pitcher/catcher combo of Justin Verlander and Alex Avila is deserving of a mention here. Go Tigers!
Across from SF Giants’ catcher Buster Posey is their ace pitcher Tim Lincecum. Long hair, don’t care!
Danny Valencia & Danny Espinosa! Both deserving to be on this list.
thats funny is that the mays card is a $5-$10 card. LOL the 66 topps books at 100 somethin. Next thing he says he’d buy uttmiale , and then while he is saying this, he points to premier . the other guy who’s opening the premier cant even pronounce david garrard’s name.. if ur opening somethin that expensive at least no that. there are retail cards (kmart, etc.) for kids (get them for a buck a pack) and hobby (cost more, ones in vid)nice vid tho
ian kinsler.
I am a huge fan of the Phillies. I was in middle school with Cole Hamels, which I know is no freaking big deal, but I still feel cool about it.
it’s ok, because he’s also a baseball hottie
DAVID FREESE (aka MVFREESE…also, “sweet dreams are made of Freese”)…he won both MVP of the World Series (and got a SWEET car) and MVP of the NLCS.
Basically, you can turn to the entire STL Cardinals baseball team to find the hottest players in baseball (Adam Wainwright, Chris Carpenter, David Freese, the list goes on and on).
This headline kind of killed me.
Jacoby… oof. Totally in my top 3 “celebs.”
I guess you forgot about dreamy David Wright being you’re a Yankee fan lol. No worries though – Davey forgives you =)
LGM!!
