Slideshows Sunglasses that Block the Sun and Inhibit Conversation
Eliza Hurwitz

I really want a pair of cat eye sunglasses and this weekend, I was determined to find a pair that suited me. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. I have a small face, so every pair I tried on just made me look like a weird bug. Needless to say, I was disappointed and angry at my face and the sunglasses industry for not creating a pair with me in mind.

My discouragement lead me to look online and this search brought me to some pretty bizarre pairs. But looking at these strange sunglasses made me feel a lot better. I mean, if people can manage to find and pull off giant leopard print sunglasses and sunglasses made of googly eyes, then I know my perfect pair of sunglasses are out there somewhere. Although I still haven’t found my cat eye dream sunglasses, these strange glasses gave me hope and I hope they give you hope, too.

  1. Try Claire’s! I have a tiny face too so I have to buy child-size D:

  2. I love the finger glasses…I could use those during scary movies :)
