Playlist of the Week Songs That Have Won A Grammy Award
Corinne Caputo

I spend a few Sunday nights each year watching an awards show in my fanciest pajamas. I like to pretend that I’ve seen or listened to every nominated movie or song so that I can act like I have an educated opinion on who should win. I might roll my eyes or clap or audibly gasp when winners are announced and I have no problem openly expressing my outrage when I feel a nominee was snubbed.

I should mention that I watch these shows while wearing an old Latin Language Club sweatshirt from high school, men’s socks from Costco and my retainer. Plus, I just recently got really into drinking ginger ale from a champagne flute. So yeah, when an awards show is on, it’s a glamorous night.

But speaking of real glamour, HelloGiggles’s own Zooey Dechanel is nominated for a Grammy for Best Song Written for Visual Media with her track ‘So Long’ from Winnie The Pooh.  Yay!!

Now, the Grammys aren’t until February 12, but it’s never too early walk down the red carpet of anticipation! So, here are songs that have won Record of The Year at the last twelve Grammy Awards
