Videos Noteworthy: Milo Greene Kim Krieger

In honor of February, I’m going to share a band this month that I LOVE. Enter Milo Greene – the LA quintet that has been making some California waves of its own. Robbie Arnett, Graham Fink, Marlana Sheetz, Andrew Heringer and Curtis Marrero are indie-folk-pop at it’s finest. The melodic harmonies and sweet voices blend to perfection. The band has released two tracks on 7’’ (now sold out) ‘1957’ & ‘Silent Way’ – both ‘cinematic pop’ gems – and we should be expecting their debut full-length album this spring via Chop Shop/Atlantic Records. Milo Greene recently toured with two-time Grammy winners The Civil Wars and now they’re back in Los Angeles. If you happen to be an Angeleno head over to The Satellite to catch the end of Milo Greene’s Monday residency – it’s free, too!

Watch Milo Greene perform ’1957′ at the Downtown Loft  and find out more about the band here.
