This is NOT a drill: You could fly to Iceland this summer for $220 round-trip

Scoring a cheap ticket to Iceland isn’t hard. Budget airline WOW Air frequently sells $99 one-way tickets.

(And, more recently, $70 flights to other destinations in Europe.)

But getting a deal during Iceland’s busy summer season is more difficult. That’s why this $100 airfare sale is something you should hop on now, before spring and summer trips are sold out.

According to The Points Guy, travel dates are scattered from April through June, with the most affordable tickets to Reykjavik available on trips departing from Boston.

Flights departing from Boston Logan International Airport can be found for as little as $100 one-way, or $220 round-trip. Travel dates are available from June 5 until June 20, noted the Airfare Spot, with trips at this price returning no later than June 16.

Baltimore and New York City-based travelers can fly to Reykjavik for $290 round-trip in May and June. And for flights originating on the West Coast, the deal is even sweeter: $260 round-trip tickets from both San Francisco and Los Angeles in late April.

Travelers should also note that WOW Air has strict carry-on bag policies, charging more for large bags exceeding 22 pounds.
