Someone got a promotion! Ali Barash is moving up in the digital department at United Talent Agency, and what better way for her colleagues to celebrate than through nail art? Milana Rabkin headed straight to a local salon for this look, which was created using Essie’s “Borrowed & Blue” as a base. The words were painted using a two-way Nubar nail art pen.
