How do you get the cut out bit?! Amazing! Xx
Dip a cotton bud into nail polish remover and use it to ‘erase’ the nail polish in the nail, shaping the part you’re erasing into a heart. Then use a thin paint brush to enhance the heart shape, and add a top coat to make it even and shiny.
I’m not good explaining stuff, and English is not my first language so I don’t really know if I made it clear lol, sorry.
