My mom makes the best chocolate chip cookies. She used to make them all the time when me and my brothers and sisters were younger, but since most of us don’t live at home anymore, and since she doesn’t have as much time, she only makes them for special occasions. Also, I found out I had a high cholesterol in high school and had to scale back my cookie consumption.
One of the best things about cookies is that there are so many different kinds. From the classic chocolate chip to the decadent double chocolate chunk, there is a type for everyone!
I am just DROOLING….I looked up those dark chocolate with white chocolate chunk cookies already and plan to make them tonight!
