*The House of Mews is a 17-year-old 501(c)(3) non-profit organization staffed by volunteers and is located in the Cooper-Young Historic District. A no-kill feline sanctuary, adoption agency, and cat lovers’ gift shop, the organization has cared for and adopted nearly 9,000 homeless cats. It exists solely on support through donations and volunteer efforts. In addition, retail pet supplies and gift and art items are sold to help defray expenses.

Any sort of kitten biicusts as wet food can give them gum and teeth problems anyway . Make sure you use kitten biicusts though because they are much smaller and have different stuff in especially for kittens. To be honest. She can have water, but she would be better on milk as she needs the calcium just as you did as a baby. She can have fish and chicken that you might have had for dinner as i’m sure she would love that as a treat and your question- I give her just top up her bowl when she has finished (REMEMBER TO GIVE HER MILK IT’S VITAL) and then use set meals as when she is over 12 months. <3

That’s the one who tried to escape Saturday morinng while I was changing their litter box!! She toddled around like she belonged out there, not a care in the world and feeling so safe with the BIG KIDS. Plus, the BIG KIDS didn’t know what to make of this little one. They all just stared in amazement, like I did. It was a precious Kodak moment and I didn’t have my camera. I’ll just have to hang it around my neck on a bungy cord.I’m guessing we’ll find her to be the go-getter of the 3. hahahaGOD, I LOVE VOLUNTEERING AT SAFE HAVEN!!!

How Cute!Lucky you all it must be a true adventure hnivag an adorable cat travel your school, and sleep under bookshelves.. all the actions you have described Otis do are so interesting and out of the ordinary, which makes it more AMAZING! Take care of him and make sure he has alot of fun in your classroom and discovers the school world like a real discoverer!Poor little teddy I’d hate to be in his shoes and have my arms ripped off my body! I would be crying all night to have no arms. After all, you need your arms!! They are one of the most important body parts that help you get on with life, right?Well done to Stacey for her brilliant idea! If your kitten is at nomarl weight I’d give him free choice access to dry kitten food until he is at least 8 to 9 months old. Many pet food companies recommend a year and that is fine too, but most of their growth happens in the first nine months. Kitten Chow is fine, but if your kitten is constantly hungry you might try a kitten food with higher caloric density. I like both Purina ONE Kitten food and Pro Plan kitten food from Purina.Try to keep your kitten on the lean side during growth. Kittens that become fat may have problems with weight for life. Take a look at the feline body condition score chart in the link below and get familiar with what ideal body condition looks like and feels like.
