One of the things I love about HelloGiggles is its positivity. And when a friend posted a link to Bonfireimpact.com on his Facebook page, explaining that it was a website focusing on positive news, I had to check it out. I became instantly hooked. According to their “About Us” page, Bonfire Impact is ”a newsblog network that celebrates good works, exposes injustices and a beacon for social awareness.” I love that the site is edited and written by young people who are passionate about positive change. And I especially love that Bonfire Impact was founded by pro-football player Ronnie Cameron. It’s inspiring to see a professional athlete in the news for something good. Check out the site as a reader, and if you’re so inclined, you can contact them about contributing. They’re looking for writers.
