ITEM OF THE DAYItem Of The DayRivka Rossi

It’s 2011 and it’s clear that no one likes to talk on the phone anymore, instead preferring texts and e-mail. Wear this cute necklace and people will clearly know where you stand on the issue. However, keep in mind that it might stop people from asking for your number. That could be a good or bad thing. Next, they should make a necklace with your e-mail address. Then, people will flock to you.

  1. it’s so purdy. I miss telephone calls and good ol’ fashion snail mail. perhaps i’ll get one with an enevelope.

  2. You should check out, they have an iPhone case that looks like a rotary phone. It’s very cute!

  3. I bought myself one of those vintage dial telephones. I have yet to hear it ring more than a handful of times (the times i’ve heard it ring were when I would call it from my mobile to check if it was working)

  4. … or one with one of those digital QR Codes on it, which points to a page on the Internet when snapped with a smartphone camera. Of course, this means people taking close-up pictures of one’s chest area. This may, or may not, be a desirable side-effect.

  5. OMG I love ModCloth!

  6. That would be the perfect gift to my mom. She hate texts and send e-mails. She love the good and old telephone and have a great and long conversation. She only complain when the phone bill arrives.
