Oh. Hot. Damn.

You don’t even know just how many feelings I’m having looking at this sleeping bag. Yes, it’s a sleeping bag. Yes, it’s shaped like a piece of pizza. Yes, I’m also aware those are veggie shaped pillows that come off of the bag and can be arranged however you please. Handcrafted and made out of recycled quilts for the stuffing, this is truly the Etsy version of the Snuggie in the sleeping bag world.

I grew up associating food with my bed. Don’t ask me why because I will not have an answer for you as to why this is. I used to have an impressive number of food-shaped novelty pillows. A hamburger, hot dog, and a Crunch bar. The hamburger and hot dog were decked out in sequins and beads, making them not comfy at all to sleep on but the Crunch bar I wore thin. And I didn’t even know it was possible to wear a pillow out either. I had one sleeping bag as a kid that was very neutral in a forest green because I had to share it with my three little brothers for various camping outings. Sleeping bags always confused me because when you rolled them back up they never quite got stuffed back into the bag in their original shape and before you knew it, you were asking some random girl in your camping cabin for an extra trash bag to toss it in because at least that would hold the whole thing. Also the pillows were far too small. Either that or my head in the 6^th grade was too big.

One of my biggest concerns about this sleeping bag, awesome as it is though, is the crust. The entire setup looks very thin-crusty and when you’re sleeping outside on the ground, this could prove to be painful. We need a seriously strong bottom layer going on here, of the thick crust stuffed with four types of cheeses variety. And not just for the base either, the actual crust where you lay your head needs to be thick and supportive too. Wow, did I just actually write a sentence about lying on a pizza crust? Etsy, I love you. This is what dreams are made of.
