Listen, you guys know I love beverages, right? I mean, after all, I once went on the hunt for a 200+ flavoured fountain soda machine, so I’m pretty serious about my carbonation. Still, I’ve recently given up my beloved Diet Coke and luckily, Cascade Ice has been there to fill its shoes.
Available in a crazy variety of flavours – from blueberry watermelon and raspberry blackcurrant to some bomb ass raspberry lemonade and coconut – this stuff is for real. No calories, no caffeine, no gluten or sodium but lots of carbonation and awesome. It’s not soda, per se, but water with juice that tastes like soda, only better. I’m pretty addicted to it.
In addition to the sparkling juice waters (real official name, as you can tell), they also do some flavoured seltzers as well as cocktail mixers, for my 21+ (or 18+ if you’re up north/across the pond) crew, all of which are delish (and the latter of which they provide recipes for on the website!) and also calorie-free. Also, there’s no aspartame here – all of the sweetened beverages contain sucralose.
Cascade Ice ice a company based in the Pacific Northwest – Washington, to be specific – and therefore is sold in stores in a handful of states in that area. However, if you’re in middle America (big ups, Nebraska! Not sure why, but go with it…) or the East Coast, luckily the company offers online ordering of all their products to be delivered right to your door. Which particularly helps if you live on a third floor walk-up like myself.
Check out the Cascade Ice website for more information on the company and their offerings and then give it a go. I promise you, it’s delicious.
