Since you mentioned Curb Appeal, you are not takling aboutanything else needed but outside landscaping right? Havinga picture to look at would help see your dilema. So I'll justgo with the basic things. Like have a lawn in and manicured.Use a weed and feed product to kill the weeds in the lawn. Plant some flowering shrubs that will provide color to drawpeople in to look closer. Preferably some that are lowmainenance to appeal to those who can't do much gardening. Have an attractive wreath or door decoration to make fora homey and welcome sign'. You might add a metal door protector on the bottom of the door that prevents shoemarks. This adds to a custom' look, you'd want. Trim all unwanted low hanging branches from trees on the property if there are any. And add extra bedding plants along the walkway to the front door. You should strive for a colorful entrance, making people want to see inside to make an offer. As for the inside, what I did with a house we put on themarket a year after building, was I made sure I had extraspecial lighting in all the rooms. Later, when a group ofrealtors made their walk thru, I got wonderful comments onthe added quality that set our house apart from others in thearea, that had just the basics'. I went the extra mile and paidfor special overhead lighting in the bedrooms, and the kitchenand family room areas. When you plan an open house or a walk thru, set outscented candles and light them. The fragrance is heavenlyand so inviting to all who enter. It's a common ploy that works. I hope these tips are of help to you.

My high school boyfriend told me "sporadically" wasn't a word when I wittily wrote it in an AOL email message (cause IM didn't exist). I was all "it is so! I heard it in clueless!" Not a solid source when you're trying to prove your intellectual superiority. Clearly, since it's stayed with me for, what? 15 years?
