Any one who knows me will tell you I am quite the fashionista. I know it myself because red carpets are always the best part of award season for me and I have quite the addiction to H&M. But the first fact is probably more relevant to this Oscar Sunday. Also of note, not only am I a fashionista, but I am Audrey Hepburn obsessed. Which is why when I stumbled across pictures of her from the Academy Awards of the past, I gave into both my fashion and classiness and excellence obsessions and spent hours looking up pictures of some of my favorite Oscar looks. And while these celebs may not have brought home the statue, they have showed that over the years, classiness and excellent will do stand up to the test of time.
Which dresses would you include in your favorite Oscar fashion lists? Let us know in the comments below!

I did not like Angelina’s look that was hideous.
Natalie Portman was the big standout for me this year. That vintage Christian Dior dress was AMAZING. She looked so elegant. http://redcfa.wpengine.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/Natalie-Portman-In-Dior-2012-Oscars.jpg
I, too, am Audrey-obsessed. Her black and white dress in Sabrina is one of my favorite dresses ever. Of the ones you posted here, I love Anne Hathaway’s and Hilary Swank’s – that back!!

Michelle Williams did it for me again this year! Her yellow dress a few years back remains one of my all time favorite looks! I loved her at the Golden Globes this year as well. I love love red carpet- it’s my favorite part of Oscar Sunday! I know it’s not an Oscar look- but Penelope Cruz’s Golden Globes dress was GORGEOUS!

Michelle Williams 2006. Perfection.
This is a fun post! Anne Hathaway’s look is my favorite out of these. I love the whole look on her. Other thoughts: Audrey Hepburn is timeless. I have never seen Cameron Diaz look better than she does in this photo. Love that color on Kristen Stewart, not a big fan of the dress itself (it’s too fussy). Looking forward to this year’s plate of fashion
I loved Natalie Portman’s pink Rodarte dress from a past one. I don’t remember what year, though.
