During the Thanksgiving break, I visited my boyfriend's family and one of the things I noticed about them is that they are all well read. I mean, I read more books than the average bear, but these people are always bringing up some interesting fact they "read about the other day" in conversation. I watch the news every morning, and I mean, I do read a lot, but apparently not enough to make myself sound as smart as these people.
So anyway. Enough about me. The point of this thread is the share interesting, coolio articles you find around the interwebs. Not just for my benefit, but so that we'll all sound much smarter
