What to wear on a job interview?

Just try to keep it sensible and polished. I usually go with a skirt suit, pumps and a shirt that shows some personality. Then again I've always worked in laid back industries (advertising and maritime). What's the job you're going for?

I've studied business so I'm looking for a job in a big firm probabbly in marketing. I went to 2 job interviews this week. I kept in simple but not to formal. One of my big dilemas was "pumps o flats?" Since I had to walk a lot i went with the flat options. I got there and all the girls in the gruops (except one) had flats. (Group interviews).
I hope I get called up again I think I did well in the first firm (i really liked the job). The second one didin't go so well
