Let’s chat!

Becoming Vegetarian
So you’d like to give up meat, eh? How do you begin? Will it be hard to go without meat? What do you substitute it with, in order to get the same nutrients? I went meatless for 30 days, just to see if I could do it. I succeeded, and I didn’t find it overwhelmingly difficult. There are so many delicious meat-free foods available, so it seems like it’s much easier to do these days.

“Hey everyone,
I’d like to have some advice. I eat a lot of meat, but lately I actually don’t like it that much anymore. Sooo, I wanna become a vegetarian, and how do you guys do it. What do you eat instead of meat. And what should I eat to keep myself healthy and and stuff.. So yeah, let me know if you have any advice or tips =)”
