Hello everyone!

Happy Friday! The Olympic Games have been awesome and I have no idea how I’m going to fill my TV time after Sunday night. (“New Girl” on Hulu Plus, probably!)

Cancelled Shows
Speaking of Hulu Plus, if you have a favorite show that has been cancelled, Netflix Instant and Hulu Plus have your back. I’ve spent hours (more like days) helping my favorite cancelled shows live on, by watching every episode of every season, multiple times. Great shows that have ended like:

“Lost”

“Party Down”

“Samantha Who?”

“Perfect Couples”

Still waiting on “Pushing Daisies” but I’m sure it’s coming! You can relive these stories all over again. It’s a wonderful thing.

Long Distance Relationships
Long distance relationships can be incredibly difficult. You don’t see the other person, communication becomes difficult, games start getting played and before you know it, you are fighting all the time and then the relationship ends. This isn’t always the case though! Long distance relationship CAN work. Two of my relationships have had periods where we had to be long distance. One of them failed, and one of them didn’t. If both people continuously want it to work, it will work. The distance will be much easier to bear if communication remains clear and you always have something to look forward to. Whether it be a visit or an end-date to the distance, if you have something positive on the horizon, you can get through it. It certainly is more work than a normal relationship, but it isn’t doomed by the distance.

Novelty Tees

I wear big band t-shirts or goofy t-shirts with short shorts (either denim with a scarf as a belt, or a really awesome psychedelic pair that I love!) and tights (either black, brightly coloured or patterned, I horde tights by the dozens.) and it looks pretty cute, plus doesn’t take long to put together at all! I also have a really cute pair of stripy dungaree shorts from New Look that I wear tees underneath which also works really well 

Other tips included pairing novelty tees with blazers, boots, maxi skirts and unique accessories. Have any tips you’d like to add? Let us know!
