When the show first came on, I’d been in a relationship for six years, with the guy I’d known since I was 17 and I could always relate to Marshall. I think the fact that I’m Midwestern made me more like him than Lily. He’s still my favorite character.

haha, I love Ted too! I’d love to marry him. Many times I’ve said, “How about I just be the mother?”
In fact, my friends and I like to come up with our perfect TV alter egos, and everybody always picks Ted for me.

So true…Ted is kind of annoying. It’s like his show, but no one likes him. Very similar to Dawson in Dawson’s Creek…who actually liked Dawson…no one.

Aw…I love Ted! Am I a minority? I’ve been through the “I’m just like so and so” phases, but I’ve landed on being (is this pretentious?) the perfect mix of Ted & Robin. Haha – but I really do think that.
