Exclusive Sneak Peek at Morgan Spurlock's "Comic-Con Episode IV: A Fan's Hope"

Whether you’re a loud, proud comic book geek, a closet Twilight fan, or a diehard Buffy devotee, you have a reason to care about Comic-Con.

Over 140,000 fans descend on the San Diego cultural convention every year and Morgan Spurlock, the mastermind behind Super Size Me, was there to capture the craziness in 2010.

In his new documentary, Comic-Con Episode IV: A Fan’s Hope, Spurlock follows five Comic-Con attendees and sits down with legends like Matt Groening, Stan Lee, Joss Whedon, Eli Roth, and more.

The film hits select theaters and video-on-demand this week, but Spurlock wants fans far and wide to get a piece of the action. Thanks to Tugg, which Mashable describes as “a Kickstarter for movie theaters,” supporters can buy advance tickets and bundles that include autographed schwag, DVDs, and more. If enough fans from one town contribute to the cause, Tugg will bring the film to their local theater. And for moviegoers in seven cities across the country, Spurlock will drop by for a Q&A session.

Check out the exclusive clip, just for HelloGiggles readers, below. If you like what you see (or read in my review next week), head on over to Tugg and demand for Comic-Con to come to you.
