
Looking for a new take on the classic holiday wreath? Yea, the team at Wrapped is, too. Here is a step by step guide on how to make an original wreath out of wrapping paper from Wrapped. We chose our “Electric” style of paper for this project. We thought with a touch of green, it’d be perfect for the holiday season yet still decorative enough to last long past the new year. Another idea: save cash and make this wreath many times as a simple and stunning gift. Feeling the spirit? Get crafty!
Things you will need:
- Wrapped Wrapping Paper
- Ruler- to measure 8×8″
- Tag board
- Bowl and cup- to trace perfect circles
- Tape- to secure tube rolled up
- Hot Glue
Step 1: Cut circle out of tag board.

Step 3: Fold squares in half, roll up to make tube, glue onto circle base.
Note: Secure tubes after roll up with tape.

Step 4: Arrange tubes around circle base “Over and Under” secure with hot glue.
Step 5: Make circle out of left over paper to hide the ends and finish your wreath.
Finished!!
This original DIY wreath is perfect for hanging on doors/walls as a decorative element.
