Last week, you found out that I am a hardcore 90210 freak. My life was based around 90210 when I was growing up and more importantly, my life was based around Donna Martin. After giving you my Top 5 favorite Donna Martin fashions, this week I’m going to break down the many hairstyles Donna went through during the 10 years Beverly Hills, 90210 aired. Everyone is going to have their opinions, but my opinion is that Donna Martin had the greatest hair at all points in the shows long tenure. I said it last week and I’ll say it again. If you don’t believe me, check the tape!
1) Long Haired Donna Martin

All throughout high school, Donna rocked the long hair. We all love long hair; you can’t go wrong with long hair. Donna rocked the side flip like no other – she LOVED a good flip. She side flipped it curly, straight, you name it! Donna lived for this very ’90s look in high school. Come on, ladies, you know you did it, too!
2) Short Haired Donna Martin

In college, Donna grew some balls. She had oh-so-many different hairstyles. Some we loved, some we hated, but you got to give it to the girl for being adventurous with her hair. In her freshman year, she decided to cut her hair short – a cute, bob like ‘do. Throughout that time and well into her sophomore year, she added bangs and then grew them out. She curled it, straightened it, etc. Again, let the woman have something for chopping off the long hair. It’s all about risks, which I don’t take – I’ve had long hair for over 10 years. But I do love a hair-risk-taker.
3) Strawberry blonde Donna Martin

In her junior year of college, she stayed with the short but colored the hair to a subtle strawberry blonde-ish hue. As much as I loved her, I wasn’t particularly a fan of the strawberry blonde. I love you, Donna, but didn’t love this look. Just my opinion!
4) Fiery Red Donna Martin

That same year, she proceeded to transform the strawberry to a more fiery red. Most people despised this look, but I loved her with the red. It was fun and made for a nice change. I’m sure that most of you reading this probably stopped watching by now but not me, and I think Donna and her hair was the reason.
5) Professional Donna Martin

Now that college is over, Donna decides to go with a reddish-brown color. I’m sure most will disagree, but this was my favorite look for her. She looked grown up. I mean, hello, she was a professional now as the owner of Now Wear This, her boutique that on the show was supposed to be on Robertson but in real life was on Melrose. Fun fact for you guys!
We all know that I love me some Donna Martin. I love all her looks, even the tragic ones, because I am a real fan -a Donna Martin Super Fan. I always have been and always will be. I mean, look at all these hair styles. She took risks, she changed it up and she always looked great!
I said it before and I’ll say it again: “Donna Martin 4 Life!!”

Hello! akkaabd interesting akkaabd site! I’m really like it! Very, very akkaabd good!
I always loved Donna’s red hair, and I tried to emulate her high school hair when I was, like, 11. It never really worked for me. She did have a tragic time when her hair was so bleached it looked like cotton candy. I think it was around the time Ray pushed her down the stairs…shortly after that, I do believe her hair changed. Thank goodness.
I was a bit young to really understand the Donna Martin hair chronicles, but i loved watching the reruns, and slowly realising my sister (a donna martin super fan) had the same styles at similar points, what a copy cat!
