Breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day. There are just so many great options. From pancakes to french toast to eggs, everything is delicious. Not only does breakfast taste great, but it is essential in starting your day on the right foot. It gives you a burst of energy and keeps you going all day. There was a period of time when I didn’t eat breakfast. I was never that hungry in the morning and figured it was a pretty easy way to cut calories. I’m happy to be out of that phase of my life and now I appreciate every day I can sit down and have a nice and healthy breakfast.
