Even with things i really love, I usually stop 3/4. It was gripping, dramatic, and funny haha. BTW, I love downtown too. Its so cool now. The best part is that the LA Times quotes USA Today? Really? Really? I also love when “reporters” attribute facts to TMZ, US Weekly and Star Magazine. Good luck with your new show.

Wow! First for a reporter to resort to name calling, it means that they know their argument can’t hold up on it’s own, and they are just looking for the cheap pop. Shame on the Times for even letting this get through their editorial staff.

Next, I’ve been a fan since my wife made me watch Elf (now maybe 12 to 15 times and counting!) I’ve always been impressed by how broad your talent base seemed.

But before writing this I followed a link mentioned above to a promo for 500 days where you talked about LA with Joseph Gordon Levitt and hear you talk about LA and the upper west side. Now I’m even more impressed. The fact that someone from Holywood other than Michael J Fox, Jim Carrey or one of the SCTV alum even know that there is still a French Canadian Successionist movement is just one more thing that makes me appreciate you. OK with a name like Deschanel you might have a vested self interest in all things French, but it also shows that you are an educated, well read, and by the content of the above letter, very well spoken and extreamly well mannered woman. (I’d have used a few colourful French descriptive phrases personally!)

I wish you nothing but the best, and to the author of the piece of fiction, I can’t wait to read her future articles about the local pie eating contest in South Central… (or maybe its a crow eating contest?? ) Take care and looking forward to your new show.
