It seems to me, people either love or hate pickles. There is really no in between. As a pickle lover myself, I can’t really understand the pickle haters – cucumber pickles to be more specific. Cucumber pickles are crunchy. They can be sweet, sour, half-sour or salty. They can be whatever you want them to be! With so much variety, what’s not to love? Plus, they are a beautiful green color that reminds me of freshly cut lawn on a summer day or expansive grassy fields where I can lounge in the sunshine and eat pickles.
